Everything is saved to local app storage on your PC. Without an account, nothing is sent to our servers.

Create an account only for cloud sync. Passwords are salted and hashed with BCrypt.

Before you install

Which versions of Windows are supported?

Windows 11 and Windows 10 version 1809 (build 17763) or later. NoteFlow is a native WinUI 3 app and follows your Windows accent, theme and notification settings.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully offline without one. An account is only needed for cloud sync and paid plans.

What powers the AI features?

Google Gemini. The free plan uses the Flash model with a daily limit; Plus and Pro add the Pro model. You can also enter your own Google AI Studio key in Settings.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export notes as Markdown, Word or plain text, and create a full backup of your library from Settings at any time.

How do I get help?

Open Support inside the app to file a ticket or ask a question. Pro plans receive priority support.
